The facility is an existing 1-story mixed-use building with primarily retail spaces but includes a warehouse and small offices. Most of the mechanical equipment is located inside dedicated mechanical rooms accessible from outside the building. The scope of the project was to restore the buildings HVAC systems and install new controls including EMS front-end graphics. The system is functional, and has a complex Sequence of Operations (SOO) combined with a robust BMS system.
