This project involved Piers 1-1/2 and 3 on the Embarcadero in San Francisco, California. They are located right next to the famous Embarcadero Ferry Building. Numerous tenants use the spaces within these piers such as Bloomberg and Starbucks.

This was a replacement project for rooop HVAC units within landlord and tenant owned space. Nine total units were replaced. Engineers from Pragma1c Professional Engineers sized and selected new equipment for replacement including VAV AHU’S, packaged rooftop units, and exhaust fans. Plans and drawings were coordinated with the architect and other engineering trades to facilitate the new equipment.
