Ala Wai Manor is a two-story multi-unit residential building just outside of Waikiki. Pragmatic Professional Engineers provided plumbing engineering services for the replacement of all plumbing within the building. Existing water heaters were re-used while all above-ground cold, hot, sanitary sewer, and vent piping were designed to be replaced. The work was done utilizing Revit MEP 3-dimensional software.
