Commissioning a hyperscale data center with sections already in active operation required sequencing validation across electrical distribution, liquid cooling, and building management without affecting live loads. Pragmatic PE coordinated testing across multiple facility phases, managing conditions that could trigger fire suppression or interfere with adjacent operations. Each phase was cleared for handover only after confirming redundancy, emergency failover, and monitoring accuracy end-to-end.
