Colos 7, 9, and 10 in the existing building had never been built out in this data center. Shopzilla, a current tenant in other colos who wanted to expand to a 3.2-megaWatt area, signed a lease to remain within the building as long as the data center could be expanded to suit their needs.
Pragmatic PE generated full plans and specifications for bidding and remained on the project through commissioning working alongside Mortenson Construction to make sure that everything was installed properly and functioning before turnover to the client.
Pragmatic PE performed site visits during construction and attended weekly meetings to answer any field questions.
