300 Mission Street is a 24 storied office building located in San Francisco, California. Allied Mechanical procured Pragmatic Professional Engineers to perform Tenant Improvement engineering design on Floors 16 through 19.

Load Calculations performed on the building indicated that the existing AC units were capable of handling the revised architectural layout. VAV Reheat systems were designed for each of the floors. Induction units have been sized and selected for envelope loads, which have been tied to the nearest VAV to provide ventilation. The design also features Occupancy sensors and CO2 sensors for ventilation and to maintain Indoor Air Quality.

All 24x7 loads and the large café areas are served by Water Source Heat Pumps.
