Each brings a wealth of knowledge and a fresh perspective that promises to enrich our collective engineering endeavors.

Jonnaliza Lamoste

Jonnaliza Lamoste - Team Member, Plumbing

Jonnaliza is a mechanical engineer with over 9 years of work experience. Her previous works include piping design and procurement works for shipbuilding and plant industries. In her past projects, she was assigned as lead engineer in a couple of crucial projects. Her favorite branch of mechanical engineering is thermodynamics.

Jonnaliza graduated from Bohol Island State University in the Philippines. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, hiking, traveling, and watching movies.


Ben Holden

Ben Holden - Team Member, Fire Protection

Benjamin is a seasoned fire protection engineer with a remarkable 20-year journey in the fire protection industry. His career ignited in the late 90s within a union fire sprinkler fabrication shop, where he honed his skills and passion for fire protection. Since then, Benjamin has evolved into a distinguished California-licensed contractor and a nationally recognized fire sprinkler A&E consultant.

Currently holding NICET III certification in water-based layout, Benjamin's expertise is underscored by his imminent achievement of level IV certification in 2024. His expansive repertoire encompasses a myriad of water-based system designs, spanning across residential, educational, hospitality, government, healthcare, commercial, amusement parks, special hazard protection, and high rises.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Benjamin finds solace in the serene landscapes of the Pacific Northwest, where he resides on a quaint hobby farm with his wife and five children. Embracing the region's natural wonders, he indulges in leisurely pursuits such as shrimping in Hood Canal, salmon fishing in the Salish Sea, and embarking on camping adventures in search of the elusive Bigfoot.

Benjamin's wealth of knowledge and unwavering dedication make him an invaluable asset to any fire protection design team, where his expertise continues to illuminate paths toward safer environments and enhanced fire safety measures.
