Project Description

Pragmatic PE provided commissioning services for Evergreen Valley College’s new 74,000 sq. ft. Student Services Complex—a two-story facility that achieved LEED Gold certification. Connected to the campus central plant, the building’s HVAC system includes air handling units, VAVs, heat pumps, exhaust fans, and circulation pumps. Our team also commissioned Wattstopper lighting controls, electric water heaters, and a new irrigation controller. The result: a highly efficient, reliable system aligned with the college’s sustainability goals.
