Project Description

Pragmatic PE played a key role in transforming Lynbrook High School’s campus into a modern, efficient educational facility. We provided commissioning services for a multi-phase modernization project involving six buildings within the Fremont Union High School District.

Our work spanned across lighting, HVAC, and controls, ensuring optimal performance of systems that directly impact classroom comfort and energy use. We commissioned a range of components, including Wattstopper lighting controls, Carrier furnaces with cooling coils, and integrated Alerton building automation systems. Ventilation systems like exhaust fans and fume hoods were also validated to ensure air quality and compliance with code.

One of the project's core achievements was integrating all mechanical and electrical systems into a unified control platform—boosting energy efficiency and streamlining facility management. These upgrades not only extend the lifecycle of critical infrastructure but also create a safer, more responsive learning environment for students and faculty alike.
